Jonathan and I went to Intramuros, particularly Fort Santiago to tour our friends from Japan. It was also my first time to visit Fort Santiago. Knowing more about our national hero is fun. Our friends understood everything because we chose a tour guide that can speak Nihongo. We saw Rizal's prison cell, The Reliquary room, his poems which are written on the wall, his clothes, photos of his girlfriends and other Rizal stuff. The tour gave us a lot of "AHA moments".
Some of Rizal's memorabilia.
His clothes are really small. And that beautiful woman is Seiko Usui or O'sei San. She's one of the many women who were romantically linked to Jose Rizal.
I wanna take more photos but it's scourging hot outside. But we did enjoyed the tour. If you happen to be in Manila, please do visit Fort Santiago.
